A bespoke pallet collar enquiry needs clear dimensions and a description of the goods. Custom sizes are supplied only in full packs of 120 collars, so put the intended pack quantity alongside the drawing.

A practical example
A drawing marked 900 × 700 mm is ambiguous if it does not say whether those are outside dimensions or the clearance needed for the goods. Identify both requirements in the brief.
