Pallet Collars: Packs Versus Enclosures
A pack of pallet collars and a complete enclosure are different units. Normally there are 120 collars per full pack, while an enclosure may use one or more levels plus a pallet and optional lid.

What to check
- Count collars used by each enclosure
- Count the enclosures needed at once
- Add pallets and lids as separate quantities
A practical example
If your confirmed arrangement uses three collars, 120 collars provide the collar components for 40 arrangements. This arithmetic does not confirm the suitability or capacity of a three-level unit.
